Sonali is a sacred space holder, Imago relationship coach, and a certified 500 hrs. yoga teacher with the College of Purna Yoga. Sonali was first introduced to yoga by her grandfather at the age of six and it was in 2004 when she began sharing her devotion of alignment-based soul inspired yoga with her beloved community.

Sonali is trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga with the Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute. She has a deep interest in understanding the various ways trauma shows up in our personal and professional relationships and how yoga and relational wisdom may help us decolonize and heal our body, mind, heart, and soul.

Kendra has been teaching yoga for 6 years with a focus on creating accessibility in her classes and empowering her fellow yogis to trust the strength of both their bodies and minds. After leaving her job as a public school French teacher and becoming a mother to two children, she deepened her yoga practice as a way to come back home to herself, to remember her own sacred nature, to reconnect with her body and spirit.

Kristin is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, specializing in Vinyasa based power flows. Before her yoga practice began over a decade ago,

She was dedicated to long distance running and cheerleading. Outside of yoga, she works in entertainment production and lives with her partner & pets in Inman Park.
