His classes, workshops & retreats weave together dharma, asana, meditation, and live music to guide participants along their paths with scholarship and artistry.
Michael has over 2,000 hours of Yoga trainings in Tibetan Buddhist Sutra & Tantra (open & secret traditions), Vinyasa, Ashtanga, ISHTA & Shamatha (mind training). Michael has completed four 30-day solitary Tantric retreats, countless vipassana retreats & guides people on their individual paths of growth & evolution.

Donna Mcgregor

Chemistry professor by day, yogi instructor by night, what can’t Donna do? She teaches a hatha inspired vinyasa flow class where she aims to bring a fluid connection between prana and asana into each one of her classes and help the yogis she leadd discover their own inner peace and uniqueness on the mat.

Sarah Vera
YOGA
Her approach to yoga is deeply influenced by the wisdom of the body. Her teaching is an integration of pain science, breath function, supporting the nervous system, increasing movement options, and our body's innate ability to heal.
Sarah has over 800 hours of yoga teacher training and is a certified postpartum corrective exercise specialist.
When she’s not teaching or practicing, you can find Sarah visiting a city park or pizzeria with her husband and son.

Juan Gamboa

Juan has been an NYC-based yoga teacher since 2009. He is the Founder of the P.A.R.C. (Practice And ReCover) Initiative, a grassroots movement launched in June 2020. In the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when all the yoga studios closed, the Initiative offered donations-based, community yoga classes all over New York City - Harlem, Tribeca, Upper East Side, Central Park and Fidi. He even hosted classes in his back yard. The P.A.R.C. Initiative continues to serve New York City today.
He continues to guide communities and lead retreats across the world.

Joy is the founder Cosmic Fit Club, and a LIC local who teaches outdoor sunset yoga classes each summer for the Hunters Point Park South Conservancy.
With a playful voice and a creative touch, Joy's yoga classes combine the alignment based approach of Iyengar with a focus on core work and functional movement training to build lightness, strength, and flexibility throughout the whole body.

Ilana Lieberman

A former dancer, movement has always been a pillar in Ilana’s life, however it was pursuing her 200-hr in 2020 that opened the gates to her greatest passion: teaching others how to find space in their own bodies. Since then, she has pursued her 85-hr Prenatal Yoga certification and 30-hr Katonah Restorative Yoga training.
In her classes, she will guide you through discomfort, ease, intensity, and play... and show you just how dimensional you are in holding space for all of them.

Cheryl is known for her playful and inviting classes. With over a decade of personal yoga practice, Cheryl felt the transformative impact of yoga to manage stress and anxiety in her adult life. Motivated by her own experiences, she left her career in marketing to pursue teaching yoga. She continues to deepen her understanding of anatomy, breath work, and meditation. Cheryl strives to empower individuals along their movement journey toward self-love and well-being.
